Establish support, strength, and confidence in your body through Power Sitting.

Key takeaways:

"Power without love is brutality. Love without power is ineffective." (Paul Linden)

Power Sitting: Stand with a sturdy chair right behind you. Place your index fingers on your hip creases and bring your attention to your tailbone. Gently and slowly guide your tailbone down and back toward the seat of your chair. When your full weight is on your chair, stay there (do not lean back or otherwise change your posture.)
Power Sitting produces a stable, dignified seated posture.
Combining Centering, Smiling Heart, Shining, and Power Sitting produces a mindbody state of calm alertness and compassionate power, which is a more useful basis for having a challenging conversation.
