Are you drowning in other people's demands and struggling to take care of your own needs in the process?

I'm right there with you.

Often, we are told that we need to set firmer boundaries and develop more self-compassion. While these are important skills to cultivate, many situations are not that simple. Can you tell your 1-year-old to feed himself? Can you tell your demanding boss to leave you alone? Possibly, but you may end up in jail or without a job.

If you're wondering what to do when "Just Say No" simply isn't an option and "Love Yourself More" isn't enough, please join us. 

This is for you if you want to:

Discover why you want to, have to, or think you should meet other people's demands, even at the expense of your own well-being. Hint: it’s about safety.
Explore your stress responses to demands that require unsustainable effort on your part.
Learn how to use your posture, breath, movement, and intention to create a mindbody state of calm alertness, compassionate power, and spacious dignity that will allow you to
identify clearly and specifically what is not working for you in your situation,
discover new options for caring for yourself,
decide whose demands to meet when and how,
implement whatever you decide with as much ease and effectiveness as possible, and
feel better and be safer in the process.

Hello! For decades, I have been navigating significant demands on me as a mother, partner, daughter, friend, corporate attorney, mediator, and somatic educator. Many times, I came close to drowning. Fortunately, I'm still here 🙂

I'd like to share my experience in negotiation, martial arts (Black Belt in Kenpo Karate), Paul Linden’s Being In Movement® mindbody education system, Yoga (Yin, Vinyasa, Embodied Toolkit), Embodied Meditation, and Buddhism with you to help you stay afloat, create more empowered relationships, and make peace with yourself and the people around you.
